Welcome to Swan Creek School

Our goal at Swan Creek School is to provide students with flexible learning options that facilitate student success. Swan Creek School offers two Blended Virtual Programs for students to choose from. The eLearning Blended Virtual Program is available to students in Grades 1 through 12.  The In-Person Blended Virtual Program is available to students in Grades 6 through 12.

Swan Creek School creates an academically rigorous and nurturing environment that is conducive to learning. Positive behavior interventions and supports are implemented as a means to promote, encourage, and guide students.  Swan Creek School creates and provides a continuing partnership among students, parents, SCS staff, home schools, and community services to ensure success.

Applications for the 2023-2024 school year will be available on January 10, 2023 and will be communicated through HCPS Communications. Consider taking the Fit Assessment to see if Swan Creek could be a good fit for you or your child!
