Welcome to Swan Creek School

Our goal at Swan Creek School is to provide students with flexible learning options that facilitate student success. Swan Creek School offers two Blended Virtual Programs for students to choose from. The eLearning Blended Virtual Program is available to students in Grades 2 through 12.  The In-Person Blended Virtual Program is available to students in Grades 6 through 12.

Swan Creek School creates an academically rigorous and nurturing environment that is conducive to learning. Positive behavior interventions and supports are implemented as a means to promote, encourage, and guide students.  Swan Creek School creates and provides a continuing partnership among students, parents, SCS staff, home schools, and community services to ensure success. 

Applications for the 2025-2026 School Year will be accepted between late February 2025- March 2025.

Are you new to Home Access Center? This is where you can see your student's grades and some class information. Click the link below to be directed to the sign-up page. This link will help you to set up your account. You will need your student's ID/pin number. If you or your child does not know this number, you can contact your student's teacher.
